Mr. Peng, as consultant to the Company, was involved with the feasibility study of the closed containment rearing system in the Yellow Sea and reservoirs in North of China, the negotiation with Benxi Water Affair Bureau for the acquisition of Benxi Salmon Trout Hatchery Center, and the establishment of Benxi AgriMarine Industries Inc., China. He is the President and Owner of C-MAX International Trading Corp of Vancouver, B.C. which provides business consulting and was Business Consultant at Henry Global Consulting Corp. in both the Vancouver and Beijing offices. Mr. Peng was Manager of Machinery Department/Engineer at Hua’ding Group in Changchun, Jilin Province in China and Assistant Engineer/Inspector at the Jilin Agricultural Machine Quality Inspection Administration Bureau. Mr. Peng holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jilin University, Business School in China and a Bachelor of Engineering in Agriculture Machine from Yanbian University in China.
