Mr. Rubenstein is a leading seafood executive with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Having worked for one of Canada’s leading food companies, Mr. Rubenstein established the seafood division for Export Packers Company Ltd. in the 1980’s. His experience encompassed managing the supply chain of seafood products to major retailers, food service and retail distributors in Canada, to developing the Ocean Jewel™ label, a recognized brand across Canadian supermarkets and food service distributors.
Mr. Rubenstein helped established Expack Seafood Inc. in 1987, one of the largest frozen seafood importers in North America and now part of San Francisco-based H & N Food Group. Mr Rubenstein serves as Vice President of International Seafood Operations at Expack, where he brings his vast experience in procurement and sales in Central and South America, Asia as well as the Middle East.
