Mr. Hall brings over 30 years experience in the capital markets to AgriMarine. He recently retired as a director of SilverCorp Metals Inc., which is listed on the NYSE and TSX. SilverCorp is China’s largest primary silver producer. Mr. Hall’s experience in the capital markets includes: as a director of Haywood Securities Inc.; as a Vice-President of Canaccord Capital Corporation; and as a Senior Vice-President of Leede Financial Markets Inc. He is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, SME Enterprise Board Program, and is a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
